CCCG conducts Organizational Tune-Ups that provide a client with detailed reviews of their operations, processes, systems, and employees to help them determine how to provide excellent value consistently and efficiently. During a Tune Up, we will work to identify waste and non-essential processes or resources to help your organization remain competitive in today’s market. If appropriate, CCCG can focus attention on staff consolidation and help identify redundant labor, leadership, systems, or processes.
Customer Service Consulting
CCCG will supplement your leadership and staff to develop a culture of service at your company. The goal is to mentor and train your team members to create and sustain the behaviors and practices necessary to be a service leader in your industry. CCCG has the skills necessary to evaluate multiple processes and systems from different merged organizations to create a new, integrated practice that combines the best aspects of each former company.
Teambuilding Retreats
Very few organizations ever learn to work together as a high functioning team. CCCG conducts custom teambuilding retreats to improve communication and help single teams or groups made up of individuals from a variety of departments work together more effectively. These retreats are especially effective for organizations that are attempting to integrate cultures from recent mergers or acquisitions. The content can be customized to fit an executive team or a group of front line team members.
Customer Service Training
Every member or your organization should know how to deliver great customer service, both internally and to your paying customers. This half day program can be customized to fit internal or externally facing departments and can help create a set of common practices and customer service expectations within a recently merged organization.
Leadership Retreats
