Leadership Coaching
The single most important factor in employee retention is the relationship one has with their direct supervisor. CCCG provides one on one leadership coaching to build the skills of your leaders. The process begins with the leader completing a self evaluation to identify their strengths and weaknesses. As needed, feedback can be gathered from fellow leaders, supervisors, and employees reporting to the leader. The sessions are usually conducted over the phone and last an hour. The calls can be scheduled as frequently as needed and the coach can be available to be a sounding board during regular events.
