Effective Meeting Facilitation Training

Working in teams is critical to company success and leaders need to develop solid skills to effectively lead meetings. In the Effective Meeting Facilitation Training, we teach leaders how to maximize the efficiency and success of the meetings they lead. Topics include the basics of meeting facilitation, different roles required of a leader during meetings, and methods to draw out participation. Students also participate in a role play that gives them the opportunity to practice the skills they are learning. An additional module can also be added to the training that covers facilitating conference call meetings.
